Built as Southern Pacific 7302 in March, 1962, as part of the single order for ten units, and renumbered Southern Pacific 4002 in the 1965 general renumbering. It was retired in May, 1977, and sold to Chrome Crankshaft 4002, in Chicago, Illinois, in November, 1978. It was leased to the Chicago & North Western then sold to Eastern Tennessee & Western North Carolina 211 in August, 1980. It became Eastern Tennessee Railroad 211 in 1984, then to Delaware Valley Railroad 211. It became Tishomingo Railroad 211, in Luka, Mississippi, then to Delaware Lackawanna 211.
