  • Birmingham Rail & Locomotive, Birmingham, Alabama – ex DL&W 436, acquired 1969 from Matt Whisler (dealer); resold to Peabody Coal 470 “Tinker Bell”
  • Cadillac & Lake City – acquired DL&W 429 as parts supply for C&LC 88
  • Dixie Sand & Gravel 356, Price, Louisiana – ex DL&W 434, acquired from Louisiana Midland 356 before 196
  • George R. Sillcott (dealer) – ex DL&W 429, acquired late 1980, to Railcar Corporation
  • Gifford HIll & Company, Tangipohoa, Louisiana – ex-DL&W 437, acquired with the Louisiana & Eastern 359 when it bought their operation at Amite, Louisiana.
